There’s something about the combination of chocolate, marshmallow, and graham crackers that screams comfort and nostalgia. But in this recipe, we elevate the experience:
- Graham cracker crumbs add a subtly sweet, toasty crunch.
- Dark chocolate provides a rich, deep flavor that balances the sweetness.
- Homemade marshmallow fluff is fluffy, lightly sweet, and customizable with honey and vanilla.

Ingredients

For the Latte:
- 1 cup milk (or any milk alternative)
- 1/2 cup heavy whipping cream
- 2 shots of espresso (or 1/2 cup strong brewed coffee)
- 2-3 tablespoons Toasted Marshmallow Syrup
- 2 tablespoons dark chocolate, melted
- 1–2 tablespoons homemade marshmallow fluff
- 1 teaspoon graham cracker crumbs, plus more for garnish
- Ice cubes
Assemble the Latte
Let’s bring all the flavors together, since this is where the magic happens!

Swirl homemade marshmallow fluff and melted chocolate onto the inside of a tall glass. Check out my recipe for homemade marshmallow fluff for an easy & healthy recipe. It truly takes the flavor to the next level!

Fill the glass with ice cubes. I prefer pebble ice, since it will create a nice base for your drink to create layers.

Pour in milk, and add 2-3 tbsp of toasted marshmallow syrup. I prefer my Homemade Toasted Marshmallow Syrup for maximum flavor & minimal ingredients. This syrup cannot be beat by any of the store-bought ones.

Add the double shot of espresso (or strong coffee) over the ice, milk, and syrup.

Beat the cream, 1/4 cup milk, 1 tbsp Toasted Marshmallow Syrup, and 1-2 tbsp Homemade Marshmallow Fluff together to create a cold foam.
Pour the cold foam on top of your S’mores Iced Latte.
Garnish Like a Pro
The finishing touches make this S’mores Iced Latte a show-stopper:

- Spread melted chocolate on the rim of your glass, or drizzle on top of the cold foam.
- Sprinkle graham cracker crumbs on top. The chocolate will harden, so move quickly.
- As you sip, you will experience the full flavor profile of a s’more. The marshmallow in the cold foam and syrup, the chocolate on the edge of your cup, and of course the graham crackers sprinkled on top.

Tips for the Best S’mores Iced Latte
- Chocolate choice matters: Use high-quality dark chocolate for a rich flavor that balances the sweetness of the syrup and fluff.
- Milk options: Whole milk makes it creamier, while oat milk or almond milk adds a nutty undertone that pairs perfectly with graham crackers.
- Make it in layers: For a visually stunning latte, pour the milk-syrup mixture first, then slowly add the espresso over a spoon to create layers.
- Prepare syrup and fluff in advance: Both the toasted marshmallow syrup and marshmallow fluff keep well in the fridge for several days. This makes whipping up a latte quick and easy.
- Customize sweetness: Adjust the amount of syrup and fluff depending on your taste preference.
